Do you want to take your life up a pace? Are you ready to take it to the next level, to earn more, achieve more, live your best life? Do you want to be happier, wealthier and healthier? Do you want to learn how to achieve the success you know you are capable of?

Trying to achieve lasting success can be a maze of failure after failure. And regardless of what anyone says, failure, though necessary for development, is rarely without pain and is often far from fun.
I told a friend the other day, it’s taken me over 10 years to become an overnight success. She frowned for a while and then the penny dropped. Painful, but true, a truth we are rarely told when we set out ok the road to success.
Acknowledging that most overnight successes happen over a period of, often many years, helps to dismiss this myth. Because if the truth be told, success is never a accident. On the contrary success to my mind is a science. One that takes time, a coach and or a mentor, vision, strategy, effort, faith and persistence. Indeed the road to success is ladened with the carcasses of those who failed to fully commit to this science.
Define what success looks like and feels like to you. Don’t fall into the trap of allowing others or indeed the world to define success for you. This is important so you don’t spend your energy engaging in things that are not congruent with your values.

Success then, must be underpinned by your values. There is no point in being successful, if you are unable to enjoy your it because of how you attained it or because it conflicts with who you believe yourself to be.
Take some time and write your values down. What are they? Why are they important to you? What do they look and feel like?
As you pursue your vision foe success revisit your values. Evaluate how true you are being to them.

Success shouldn’t mean you lose you.
